Our ticketing system was designed to make event management a smoother, more sophisticated process. Now that the latest version of our system is up and running, let’s take a closer look at some of the new features.
1. Updated Interface & Event Detail Pages
The system itself has been wrapped in a much cleaner and smarter interface. After logging in, you can view pertinent information about your most recent ticketed events on our seller dashboard, including a two-week cross-reference of transactions and tickets sold. Additionally, we’ve included itemized statistics and assignment tools on your event detail pages. Customized templates, questions and coupon codes can now be attached to an event from one page.
2. Quick Jump
Located in the top right corner, the “Quick Jump” search box can help you find multiple items in the system instantly. Simply type in the first three characters of a searchable item, like an event or customer name, date, venue, template or coupon code, and the system will display all the results that match. Click the result you want, and you’ll immediately “jump” to the selected item’s detail page.
3. More Ticketing Options
We’ve increased our vast array of ticket selling options, giving you the ability to sell tickets through your own merchant account and in multiple currencies. The new system also makes it easy to create a series of recurring events, while giving you the power to assign different elements to events within a series.
4. Advanced Permission Settings
Ticket sellers can create multiple users within their account and assign each user different permission levels. You can assign general permissions to a user, such as the ability to edit events, venues, templates, coupons and customer details, or assign extended permissions that allow them to use the box office, build reports and issue comp tickets.
5. New Customization Options & Social Integration
Our event ticketing pages have more customizable options then ever before. In addition to creating and saving uniquely branded templates with a real time preview window, you can add new social networking features to your pages, allowing your ticket buyers to easily share your event through Facebook and Twitter. You can also build and foster an online community of fans right on your pages by enabling our robust commenting system, powered by Disqus.
6. Inventive Emailing Tool
Our new email generation tool lets you send customized mass emails to your ticket buyers. Each message can be saved as a draft or template for use again in the future. The system also keeps a log of all your previously sent emails for your convenience.
7. Expanded Customer Data & Reporting Analytics
We know how important your data is to you, which is why we provide you with the ticketing industry’s most dynamic and easy-to-use reporting and analytical tools. Generate a custom sales report, view your top selling materials with one click and export reports to share with others. We’ve also included an expanded view for customer data that takes you deeper within an sale, providing more detailed order information than ever before.
Over the coming weeks, we will be releasing more focused video tutorials and informational articles on our new system. If you have any questions regarding the new system, or would like to schedule a demo, please contact us at 1-888-71-TICKETS or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
