Did You Know Pre-Recorded Content

Did you know you don’t have to be live to live stream?

When you think of creating a live stream, you might assume all your content has to be streamed live to your audience, whether it be celebrity interviews, moderated panels, or musical performances. But with our virtual events solution, you can simplify your entire streaming experience by creating a stream made up of pre-recorded videos, or incorporating existing content into your true live streams. By combining real-time experiences with high-quality videos that were filmed ahead of time, you’ll be able to deliver a variety of compelling content to your attendees.

We recommend recording any sponsored videos, promotional videos, or sizzle reels ahead of time. If you’re working with multiple celebrities and special guests with busy schedules, it may be a good idea to pre-record them as well, reducing the need to coordinate schedules on event day, and providing the chance to edit your videos for time and quality. Your live streams should be reserved for anything that can be highly interactive for attendees, like a hands-on workshop with a Q&A or a community event with real-time polls. Once you start streaming, your broadcast system will let you add multiple scenes and easily switch between them during your stream. For example, if you have a pre-recorded intro video, live feeds from different panelists, and a pre-recorded celebrity interview, you can swap between them all during your live stream with ease.
