The creators of Walker Stalker Con and Heroes and Villains, Fan Fest, organized Fan Fest Orlando, an exclusive one day charity event to raise money for the victims and families of the Pulse nightclub shooting. This highly successful event was held on September 17, 2016 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.

Modeling this event after the superhero and zombie events we’ve all come to love, Fan Fest Orlando is donating 100% of the event’s profits to the OneOrlando Fund. They, along with the Fan Fest team, are committed to helping the victims and families of this tragedy.

Celebrity Panels, Autographs, and Photo Ops

Similar to other Fan Fest events’, fans chatted with dozens of their favorite celebs about funny behind-the-scenes bloopers and upcoming spoilers during the live panels. But the fun didn’t stop there, fans also got the chance to get their exclusive event day souvenirs signed and take photos with their favorite celeb during the highly anticipated photo opportunities.

Fans weren’t the only ones jazzed about this event, celebrities guests such as Stephen Amell, Chandler Riggs, and Lauren Cohan joined the cause by donating all of the day’s profits from autograph signings and photo opportunities.

Exclusive Event Merchandise

While many fans unleashed their inner superhero or joined the horde, Fan Fest Orlando’s vendors and artists kept to the true nature of this event by offering fans event-themed merchandise! From the always popular POPs, to handmade artwork, to cool graphic tees, vendors and artists knew what die hard fans wanted for awesome event day souvenirs.

Charity Auction

Offering unique one of a kind items, this charity auction was one for the history books. Your favorite celebrities from The Walking Dead, Arrow, The Flash, WWE, and Gotham, donated some of their personal mementos to the auction in hopes to raise as much money as possible. One lucky fan went home with Michael Rooker’s original script for The Walking Dead pilot episode!
