Earlier this month, our Director of Client Services, Matt Donnelly, and I headed down to Houston, TX for the 32nd Annual TRISTAR Collectors Show. This three day event was a sports lover’s dream! There were multiple opportunities to get both photo ops and autographs from famous athletes across a multitude of sports, and I could tell the fans were really loving it.
Personally, I was excited to head down and meet the TRISTAR team! Being a Client Success Manager, it’s always nice to be able to meet your partners in person. After arriving, Matt and I were greeted with an array of compliments over our Report Builder tool, which has saved the TRISTAR team hours of manual calculations. It was great to hear we were saving them so much time and energy! Throughout the event, Matt and I helped the TRISTAR team manage their onsite box office sales. They were selling tickets into the event as well as upsells of autographs and photos. Luckily for us, the celebrity photo booth was right next to the ticket booth – a rare and exciting view for a box office station. It was a fun-filled three days, and I wish to congratulate TRISTAR on another successful event!
