One word comes to mind when we think of pop culture conventions – passion. Cons have the innate ability to ignite a community with excitement and adventure, and there are few communities as spirited as cosplayers.
Cons are some of the largest events in the world. They’re growing in popularity each year, with more being created for every niche of pop culture you can imagine.

PAX South San Antonio, TX – January 29-31, 2016
PAX or Penny Arcade Expo is an incredible series of shows exclusively for gaming held across the United States and Australia. Pax South will return to San Antonio to show off gaming in every facet from unreleased video game demos and independent exhibitors, to industry panelists, concerts, and themed parties. We can’t wait to get our hands on the lastest games!Â
Pensacon Pensacola, FL – February 19-21, 2016
Pensacon is multi-genre convention with a unique campus approach. The convention has outgrown the Bay Center, so it extended into different buildings and ballrooms, adding to the interactive experience. Attendees have access to free trolleys to get from venue to venue. Pensacon boasts an all-inclusive approach to the multi-genre space. From Dungeons and Dragons to Game of Thrones, Pensacon has something for just about everyone! We are Trekkies at heart, so we excited to see Commander William T. Riker (Jonathan Frakes) in action!
C2E2Â Chicago, IL – March 18-20, 2016
The Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo (C2E2) is a comic book and pop culture convention spanning the latest and greatest from the world of comics, movies, television, toys, anime, and video games. Be sure to plan enough time to visit the hundreds of exhibitors and Artist Alley members, panels, autograph sessions, and sneak peeks at upcoming films and television shows. We doubt you’ll want to leave the convention center, but it doesn’t hurt to mention that C2E2 is held in the beautiful city of Chicago!
