Did you know you can automate your social posts with our system’s Agent tool?

One of the most effective ways to stay connected with your followers is through social media, and marketing automation is a great way to save time by automatically completing many of your day-to-day social tasks. With Agent, you can step up your social media automation by actually tapping into your ticketing data to create real-time urgency posts, helping you to better engage your audience and capitalize on the fear of missing out to sell more tickets, all without lifting a finger!

To set up an Agent task, simply click the Agent tab in the ShowClix Admin. Here you can view a list of all your previous, current, and future tasks, and create new ones. When you create a new task, you’ll be presented with a list of rules and actions that dictate the performance of the automation. For example, if you want to Tweet when a certain amount of tickets have been sold, you’d select the rule, When {n} (# or %) tickets have been sold, and the action, Tweet. You’ll then choose the event you want to connect to the automation and customize your rule to something like, When 50% of tickets have been sold, Tweet “Half of our PrimaCon VIP bundles have been sold! Get yours before it’s too late!” Social updates like this will go out automatically, saving you time, and keeping your efforts focused on managing your event.
