This month we’d like to introduce you to Chris Patmon, our Senior Event Operations Manager. Our Event Operations team works alongside our partners before their events, as well as on-site, to offer assistance including setting up and managing ticket scanners, developing efficient admissions processes, or simply offering an extra hand at the gate when needed. Since joining our team, Chris has been directly responsible for preparing the crucial technology needed to ensure the success of our partners’ events.

Today we meet with Adry Cantu, one of our Client Success Managers. Our Client Success team assists our partners throughout their entire event life cycle, acting as their direct line of contact with any questions or needs they may have. Since joining our team, Adry has been an invaluable asset in assisting our partners with their event operations, recommending industry best practices, and even translating our entire website into Spanish!

Product Managers are an essential part of any company, as they act as the direct line of communication between internal teams, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring everything is cohesively aligned and running smoothly. Allison joined our team with the overall goal of revitalizing communication throughout departments to ensure a seamless process.
