Did you know you can include ticket/merchandise bundles in your online checkout process?
In our system, a bundle is often a group of tickets for the same event sold together as a single item in a transaction. Bundles can also include merchandise sold with tickets as a single item. Not only can bundles cut down on the number of steps a customer has to go through to order multiple event tickets or add a product to their purchase, they can increase your revenue. Incentivize your buyers to purchase more tickets by offering exclusive discounts and options. For example, you can use bundles to persuade customers to purchase an event ticket and a t-shirt by offering a 10% discount when buying them together.
The bundles option can be found in the admin on the Step 2: Pricing page of the event setup process, and can be tailored to the specific needs of each event. You can name your bundle and write a description of the tickets or products included. Then, you can set a minimum or maximum for how many bundles a customer can buy, note your total inventory available, and decide whether the customer can enter a different ticket holder name per ticket, or only one name for the whole order. Assign bundles to online orders, box office orders, or both for maximum revenue potential.
