With Live, your go-to mobile companion to the ShowClix system, you can view real-time analytics no matter where you are and stay up to date on the most essential aspects of your event, like minute-by-minute ticket sales, revenue, and visitors to your event listing. Gain valuable information about how users found your site, monitor when ticket sales spiked to assess the impact of your marketing campaigns, and easily share vital data with your team via text or email from within the app. You can even connect push notifications from Agent to the Live app for an even more streamlined event management experience!
While Live is accessible from within the ShowClix Admin, the mobile app is what really makes it an essential part of your event toolkit. Download the Live app from the App Store and enter your ShowClix Admin login info to sign in. Your upcoming events will then populate within the main menu with pertinent information including the name and date of your events, tickets issued, revenue to date, and even a countdown of days until your event. Click on an event to see an up-to-the-minute breakdown of ticket sales, revenue, page views, traffic sources, and more. For a live feed that updates the instant you sell a ticket or when a customer visits your event listing, tap the “Live Activity” button within each event. If you want to view events that have already occurred, simply scroll to the bottom of your upcoming events and select “Past Events” to view a list from most recent to oldest. Then click on any event to visit its individual Activity page.
