All you need is a simple widget code, found in the ‘Connect’ section of our admin platform (and we also recommend that you involve your webmaster or the members of your staff responsible for your website; it’s easy but you’ll need some technical know-how to install it correctly).
A ShowClix checkout widget lives on an individual page of your website, and the feature will allow you to provide the complete ticket buying experience on your site. We’ve designed our embedded checkout system so that it efficiently performs checkout function, while making it convenient for customers to purchase tickets—and it looks pretty slick, too!
There are two ways to view ShowClix’s embedded checkout on a website: calendar view or list view. The calendar view helps ticket buyers see all of the dates and locations throughout the month, including a preview of each event’s info (with the venue, ticket price, etc.) whenever a visitor moves their cursor over the event.
Meanwhile, the list provides a quick overview of all upcoming events, using virtually the same layout as our mobile optimized event overview.
