After many exciting years being one of the best dance clubs in Pittsburgh, Diesel Club Lounge celebrated their 6th year anniversary by hosting guest DJ Lil Jon last weekend. Tickets were sold in advance online through ShowClix as well as at the door the night of the event. A couple Clixrs had the privilege of earning press passes and got to meet the man himself, Lil Jon!
ShowClix has ticketed Lil Jon events in the past, but the welcoming from Diesel made it possible for us to finally come face to face. After he flew in to Pittsburgh (his first visit to our city, he claims), he stopped by South Side Works for some dinner and made his way down Carson Street to Diesel to party. The night was complete with awesome mashups, Lil Jon masks, lots of dancing, and much more! Check out some of our photos from the night:

One of our favorite Lil Jon moments is his appearances on the Dave Chappelle Show. When a Clixr asked if the two of them stay in touch he responded, “I run into Dave on the road, in weird places now and then. All he does is work out. He’s just chillin’.”
