The week of October 1-5 is National Customer Service Week, and to celebrate, we wanted to thank all of our customers and clients for their business, loyalty and amazing events that we get to ticket online! Customer satisfaction is a priority here at ShowClix and we are always happy to assist any and all events with our skilled account managers and work with ticket buyers through our friendly Call Center.

Our Customer Care Manager Ryan Hurst, said that the Call Center receives, on average, thousands of calls each week. So we’re always hard at work helping you sell more tickets and making it easy for ticket buyers!
