Road Journal: PAX West and Auctions America

The opportunity to work alongside our partners on some of the biggest and best events in the world is the reason we get out of bed in the morning! Last weekend, our team was onsite at both PAX West, the legendary gaming event, and Auctions America’s Auburn Fall event, a classic car-lover’s paradise! Read more about our experiences at the events, and some of our favorite memories from last weekend.

Road Journal: PAX West

PAX West – Jarrett Hawrylak

Our Event Operations Manager, Katie, and I went out to Seattle for our fifth year at PAX West, and it was a blast as usual. We know a lot of the enforcers by name now, and it was great to see some familiar faces. We were happy to keep the process smooth for everyone and look forward to next year. We also love the city of Seattle for its awesome restaurants, and amazing views of the sound and Mt Hood.

There are more PAX events coming up over the next several months throughout the US and Australia, so be sure to check out the PAX website and find one near you!

Auctions America – Sam SmithRoad Journal: Auctions America

I jumped at the chance to work alongside our partners at Auctions America last week, and I was so happy with the outcome! I was onsite in Auburn, IN to serve as the box office and event liaison for our team. I set up all the hardware (ticket scanners, computers, etc.) and was constantly on-hand to make sure everything related to the admissions process ran smoothly. In any free time I had, I was admiring the incredible automobiles being displayed and auctioned off all weekend.

Be sure to keep an eye on Auctions America’s website for ticket release dates for upcoming auction events!
