Did you know you can use our Report Builder to pull hour-by-hour data on who’s at your event?
Having a full picture of who’s at your event—and when—is key to creating a seamless attendee experience. You’ll be able to more efficiently allocate resources, schedule appropriate staff and security, and manage queuing within your event. Using our pre-built Ticket Scans by Hour report, you’ll get detailed analytics about who checked in and out of your event, broken down by hour. With hour-by-hour data of your scan logs at your fingertips, you’ll be able to see exactly when your attendees make their way to the door, helping to take the guesswork out of your admissions strategies moving forward.
To view your hourly scan logs, log in to the ShowClix Admin and click the Reports tab. From there, you’ll see seven different report types you can choose from. Select “Scan Logs” and then choose the report titled “Ticket Scans by Hour.” Now it’s time to customize your report. You can choose which event(s) you want to report on, and from what time frame. Either enter the specific dates and times you want to view (1:00PM June 30, 2021 – 6:00PM June 30, 2021), or a relative time (yesterday, last week, etc.) You can even set up scheduled reports to have updated information sent directly to your email on a recurring basis. Once you’re happy with your report, click “Continue,” and all your most pertinent scan data is ready to view!
