Road Journal: C2E2, PAX East, and Pensacon 2020

Our event operations experts had quite the eventful weekend this past week! From working on the front lines at Chicago fandom phenomenon C2E2, to making sure the fan experience ran smoothly at gaming expo PAX East, to fulfilling badge orders for excited attendees at Pensacola, FL’s beloved comic convention, Pensacon, read more to find out what we did to support each event and relive some of our favorite moments!

Road Journal: PAX South 2020

The ShowClix Event Operations team headed to San Antonio this past weekend for PAX South 2020! PAX is always an eventful celebration because the fans are so dedicated. There are all types of pop culture and gaming fans at PAX, some are more into tabletop games, while others are PC and console fiends, but they all share a love for the community, making PAX South 2020 yet another legendary event.

Road Journal: New York Comic Con 2019

2019’s New York Comic Con (NYCC) was amazing in so many ways. Not only did the event consist of an awesome lineup of celebrity guests, panels, exclusive screenings, and incredible artists and exhibitors, but we were joined by four of our Patron Technology sister products on-site, meaning that our team had a huge role in making this iconic event a success!

Road Journal: Replay FX 2019

This past Thursday through Sunday, the annual Replay Foundation Expo (Replay FX) made Pittsburgh’s David L. Lawrence Convention center its home, bringing gaming fanatics and pinball wizards from all over together for a weekend packed full of competition, entertainment, nostalgia, and an all-around great time!
